Struck By Tornadoes, Not Lightning
On May 20, 1916, the town of Codell, Kansas, was struck for the first time by a tornado. It was struck again on May 20, 1917 one year later and yet again the next year on May 20, 1918. To this day it has never again been hit by a tornado.
